Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not happy, please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Please note that all sales are final and items cannot be returned.

 

Replacement Items

To be eligible for replacement due to damage in shipping, we must receive your request within 5 days of receiving your package. If your order qualifies, please contact us at: welcomecenter@oconee.ga.us with a picture of the damaged item and a copy of your receipt of purchase. We will then notify you about your order and work with you on a replacement.

 

Sales Items

Unfortunately sales items can not be refunded
